Started in April 2020, Ethel’s has nine flavors of bagels. Bagels, shmears, pastries (babka!), sandwiches, salads, and other noshes. “A West Coast bagel with an East Coast attitude.”

They sell at the Larkspur and Kensington Farmers Markets as well as at the brick-and-mortar delicatessen.
