An Evening of Traditional Eastern European Village Music

Come to an incredible concert in beautiful Monterey! Enjoy authentic sounds of Transylvanian, Polish, Ashkenazic Jewish, Carpathian, Romanian and Ottoman style music as you learn about these Eastern European cultures in a musical context. Seasoned musicians Cookie Segelstein (violin) and Joshua Horowitz (accordion) of the Veretski Pass Trio, and Zoë Aqua (violin) and Dmitri Gaskin (accordion) of the Aqua-Gaskin Duo, will perform both tradition and original compositions.
