Sacred Music Session: Klezmer with Solomon Alber

Nigunim and Klezmer: Diving into Instrumental Song is a well-rounded musical offering that boasts diverse klezmer repertoire, joyful community singing and even a little bit of traditional Yiddish dancing. Whether you are a klezmer aficionado or just beginning your journey as a klezmer musician, come as you are and be in touch with your Yiddishkeit! Open to all ages and all levels. Drop-in, no cover charge.
Solomon Alber is a klezmer clarinetist, saxophone player and nigun explorer who’s methods of teaching and sharing nigunim have been described as electrifying, joyful and heart-centered. He is excited to bring a well-rounded musical offering with a variety of klezmer repertoire, joyful community singing and a little sample of traditional Yiddish dancing.

Bring your voices and instruments to Sacred Music Fellowship’s three-part series of Yiddish and Klezmer music this fall! Co-presented by KlezCalifornia, and presented with support from KlezCalifornia’s Yiddish Culture Fund. Open to all ages and all levels. No cover charge.
