KlezCalifornia Donor Party at Tilden Park CANCELLED

The Donor Party planned for Sunday has been cancelled because of the likelihood of rain. We will reschedule for next Spring or Summer.

Finally, after three years, it’s time for a KlezCalifornia party! KlezCalifornia’s donors are invited to come join our heymish PARTY, the first one since October 2019, at a lovely outdoor area in Tilden Park, in Berkeley, California. The secluded site has wooden picnic tables, lawn area, parking, and restrooms, and is surrounded by trees.

This lively gathering will bring together our wonderful donors with musicians, Board and Advisory Council members, and key volunteers. Lots of shmoozing, music, singing, a bisl (a little bit of) Yiddish, and good food!  It’s a pot-luck, so we are asking registrants to bring a dish to share. Bring an instrument if you play, a song if you sing, a joke/story, or something else you’d like to share with the group! Bring a blanket or chair if you want one to sit on the lawn.

If you have donated to KlezCalifornia since July 2021, you will receive an emailed invitation. If you have not donated since then, we invite you to donate now. We will then send you the invitation from which you and a guest may register. Space is limited and registrations are due no later than September 12.
