Tired of playing the same old phrases the same old way? Wish you could sound fancy without buying an expensive instrument on Ebay? Feel like you could surely improve a melody but don’t quite know how? Then down a CBD edible (in locations where that is legal) and join this class to practice all kinds of variations. For all melody players, this class uses the “Simon says” ear playing method in a super simple way. Teeny tiny typical motives are taken from well-known tunes and varied till you feel you can hold your own at even the most intimidating rent party. You’ll learn to see each tune as a collection of motives, each featuring a number of ways to be played, and will come away thinking, “why didn’t I think of that?” then realize that you just did.
